1. Scope and acceptance
Coverstride is operated by Likwid Games Ltd.. These terms apply to our website, agency subscriptions and client checklists. When you create an agency, you accept these terms on behalf of that agency. Clients using a checklist must follow the applicable access and acceptable-use requirements. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
If you use a service on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to act for it. A separate agreement signed by us and your organization takes precedence where it expressly conflicts with these terms.
2. Product and insurance role
Coverstride is workflow software for property-inspection follow-up. It helps agencies organize requirements, collect client evidence, review submissions, prepare response packets and record delivery and carrier outcomes.
Coverstride is not an insurer, broker, adjuster, inspector or repair certifier. It does not interpret a policy for you, provide insurance or legal advice, approve repairs, guarantee a deadline or determine whether coverage will continue.
The agency must check requirements against the actual notice. Uploading evidence, an agency review, preparing a packet and recording a delivery do not establish carrier acceptance. The agency remains responsible for communicating with the carrier through its required channel and confirming the actual result.
Examples and screenshots are illustrative. Unannounced features and roadmap items are not included in a subscription commitment.
3. Free trial and pricing
The website’s fictional screen previews and sample packet can be explored without a subscription. They do not create a live workspace, start an agency trial or authorize a charge.
The Agency plan is US$29 per month or US$290 per year, with five active staff including the owner, 100 open published cases and 25 GB of original evidence storage. Pending invitations reserve staff seats. Drafts and closed cases do not count toward the open-case allowance; their evidence continues to count toward storage. At capacity, existing records remain accessible, but additional staff, case publication or reopening, and uploads require available capacity. No automatic evidence deletion or overage charge is used to enforce these allowances. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, the total and the first billing date are shown before checkout is confirmed.
Agency signup is self-service: verify your account, enter your agency details and review the Terms and Privacy Policy. The 30-day free trial starts when your workspace is created. No credit card is required, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Trial expiry pauses agency case and client-checklist access; it does not itself delete records. Continuing on a paid plan requires a separate checkout choice. An owner may choose a paid subscription before the free trial ends; checkout shows whether remaining trial time carries over or the first payment is due immediately. Sending a contact inquiry does not create an account.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually at the selected interval until canceled. The agency owner can manage billing and cancel renewal through Settings → Manage subscription. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period keeps access until that period ends. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete agency records. Refund requests can be submitted through the contact form and are reviewed individually, subject to any rights required by applicable law; cancellation does not promise an automatic refund for unused time.
For a failed recurring payment, the application shows the applicable recovery deadline. If payment remains unresolved, normal case access is paused. Owners retain billing recovery controls. We will give notice of material subscription price or allowance changes before they apply to a renewal.
4. Accounts and case responsibilities
An agency is responsible for the accuracy of the information and instructions it enters, the people it authorizes and the information it chooses to share. Users must keep credentials and case-access links confidential and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Automatic reminders are optional and must be enabled for a case by the agency. The agency is responsible for the recipient address and for having authority to send service messages. Delivery may fail or be delayed, and reminders do not replace the agency’s responsibility for deadlines. A case link grants access to that case. Share it only with intended recipients and use the available revocation controls when access should end. The agency is responsible for confirming who should receive a response packet and for delivering it through an appropriate channel.
Only submit material you have the right to use and share. Follow the agency’s instructions and avoid unrelated personal information. A client’s request for an extension does not itself change a carrier deadline.
5. Data and intellectual property
You or your organization retain your rights in the data and files you provide. You authorize Coverstride with a limited right to store, process, display, transmit and back up that information to provide and secure the requested service.
Trial expiry or subscription cancellation restricts normal case access; it does not automatically erase records or start a guaranteed 60- or 90-day deletion period. Before access ends, download the response packets and files your agency needs. For retrieval assistance, correction, offboarding or deletion, the agency owner can use the privacy contact form, including after access is paused. We verify authority and agree the scope and secure delivery method before releasing records. Retention and any legal or backup exceptions are described in our Privacy Policy. Coverstride is not a permanent archive or a substitute for the agency’s own recordkeeping.
Generated filenames and report previews organize evidence; they do not certify that a document is accurate or remove information embedded inside it. Earlier sent evidence and prepared response records may be retained as part of the case history.
Likwid Games Ltd. and its licensors retain their rights in the Coverstride software, brand, website and documentation. You may use the fictional sample packet to evaluate the product, but must not represent it as an actual client record or carrier approval.
See the Privacy Policy for information handling. Third-party websites, email tools and carrier portals have their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or service to upload malicious content, send spam or deceptive communications, infringe another person’s rights, bypass access restrictions, access another agency’s records without permission or materially interfere with the service.
Security testing requires authorization unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect information or comply with legal obligations.
7. Availability and limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided “as is” and “as available.” They may change or be interrupted. No service-level guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, Likwid Games Ltd. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or service, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separately signed agreement may provide different warranties, limits or remedies.
Agencies should keep the records needed for their business and verify that a downloaded response is complete before sending it. Coverstride does not guarantee carrier acceptance or the outcome of an insurance matter.
8. General terms and contact
Unless a separate agreement or mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by Alberta law and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Questions and requests for legal-notice mailing instructions may be sent to Likwid Games Ltd. through the contact form. Revised terms will display an updated date. We will provide notice of material changes through the website or service and request further acceptance where required. Previously published versions remain available: September 8 preview terms.
