Your trial starts when you finish creating your agency workspace, after verifying your account and reviewing the Terms and Privacy Policy. Your remaining days and end date appear in the app. Browsing the website or viewing a sample packet does not start the clock.
No. You can start your 30-day free trial without entering payment details. It does not automatically become a paid subscription, and you are not charged when the trial ends.
Case and client-checklist access pauses when the trial expires. Expiry does not delete your agency’s records. You can still sign in to view your subscription details. Continuing on a paid plan is a separate choice, with the complete price and terms shown before payment.
US$29/month or US$290/year covers five active staff including the owner, 100 open published cases and 25 GB of original evidence uploads. It includes client and property workspaces, checklists, evidence review, automatic client reminders and response packets. Pending invitations reserve staff seats; clients do not count as staff.
Drafts and closed cases do not count toward your 100 open published cases. There is no separate numerical limit on client, property or closed-case records. Original evidence in every case still counts toward the 25 GB storage allowance; closing a case does not delete its files.
Settings shows usage and warnings before capacity. At capacity, existing records remain accessible. Adding staff, publishing or reopening cases, or uploading more files requires available capacity. Coverstride does not automatically delete your evidence or charge an overage fee.
Your agency enables reminders for each published case after checking the client email. Reminders cover outstanding client action, wait during agency review and stop when the case closes or access is revoked. They follow confirmed extension dates, run during daytime hours in your agency time zone and pause after five reminders for your team to review. You can pause them sooner at any time.
Monthly billing is US$29. Annual billing is US$290, equivalent to US$24.17 per month and a rounded 17% saving compared with 12 monthly payments. Both include the same Agency package.
