1. Scope and responsibility
Coverstride is operated by Likwid Games Ltd.. In this notice, “Coverstride,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that company. This policy applies to the website, agency accounts and client checklists that link to it. An agency controls the purpose of the information entered into its workspace; we process that information to provide the service and follow its authorized instructions.
The public examples and downloadable sample packet use fictional data. Browsing the website does not create an agency account. If an insurance agency invites you to a case, that agency determines the purpose of collecting the case information and the people who should receive it. Its own privacy notice and its agreement with Coverstride also apply.
2. Information handled
Website inquiries
You may provide your name, email address, agency name, topic and message when contacting us. When you submit the contact form, the website sends your inquiry to our team through our email delivery provider. We use the reply address you provide to respond. Basic spam checks use submission timing, a hidden form field and short-lived, hashed rate-limit records. Static review copies of the website cannot send inquiries and identify that limitation beside the form.
Technical information
Hosting and access providers may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and security or delivery logs to serve and protect the website. A private preview may require provider-managed authentication. Optional Google Analytics measurement is described below. Advertising measurement and personalization are not enabled.
Optional website and trial analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public website pages and successful creation of a new agency trial. It uses first-party browser identifiers and cookies shared between coverstride.com and app.coverstride.com to connect those visits. Google receives browser and device information, an IP address as part of the network request, a general referring-site address, public page categories and event timing. A trial event contains a random reference and the trial duration; it does not include names, email addresses, agency names, policy details, uploaded files or case-access links.
Analytics code is limited to the marketing website and an isolated trial-completion page. It is not loaded in agency case workspaces, client checklists or payment pages. We disable automatic form and enhanced interaction measurement, Google signals and advertising personalization. We do not send signup-form contents or URL query strings to Analytics.
You can allow or decline analytics using the website prompt or the optional signup choice. Declining does not prevent trial signup or use of the service. Change your choice through “Analytics preferences” on the website; withdrawal stops future collection on that browser and removes the analytics cookies we set. A choice is remembered for up to one year, and analytics cookies expire after up to one year unless renewed by a visit. Previously collected data is not automatically erased by changing the browser choice. Contact us about a data request. Google processes information under its own Privacy Policy, potentially outside your country.
Account and trial signup
Signup uses your verified email, name, agency name and time zone to create an agency workspace and owner membership. We record the start and end of your trial, and the versions and time of your Terms and Privacy acknowledgement. The free trial does not collect card details or automatically authorize a paid subscription.
Subscriptions and billing
Stripe handles payment information in its hosted checkout and billing portal. Coverstride keeps customer and subscription references, billing status, selected interval and payment-related events needed to manage access. Full payment-card details are not stored in the Coverstride application database.
Agency cases
The application handles agency and staff details, client contact information, property and policy references, requirements, deadlines, photos, documents, messages, review decisions and delivery history. Do not put this information into the general website contact form. Use the agency’s approved case channel.
3. How information is used
We use inquiries to respond to the request, understand the workflow being discussed and follow up on that conversation. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Application information is processed to provide the case workflow selected by the agency, including service emails and optional automatic follow-ups: organize requirements, receive evidence, support review and corrections, prepare packets and preserve the response history. Operational information may also be needed to secure the service, investigate problems and meet applicable legal obligations.
The agency remains responsible for selecting appropriate evidence requests and informing clients about the purpose and recipients of their information. Coverstride does not decide insurance coverage or use a client’s upload as an automated repair approval.
5. Retention and safeguards
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, follow authorized customer instructions, address requests, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce agreements. The appropriate period depends on the record type and purpose. Trial expiry and cancellation pause normal access rather than automatically deleting records; there is no blanket 60- or 90-day account-deletion deadline. This is not a commitment to indefinite storage. Owners can request retrieval or deletion through the privacy contact form, including after access ends. We verify the requester’s authority, identify the records and any applicable exceptions, and explain the next steps.
Database backups follow separate recovery schedules and may temporarily retain records removed from the live service. Current scheduled database snapshots are retained for up to 89 days, depending on the schedule. Removal from the live service is not immediate erasure from every backup, provider record or recipient’s copy. Backups are restricted to recovery; approved deletions must be reapplied if an older backup is restored. We retain information subject to an applicable legal hold or another continuing legal requirement and explain relevant limitations when responding to a request.
The application distinguishes an unsent upload from evidence already submitted or included in a response. Removing an unsent file does not erase an earlier sent response, a carrier’s copy or the agency’s separate records. Ask the agency about a case-level correction or deletion request.
Access controls and other technical measures are intended to protect information from unauthorized access or alteration. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. We use tenant access controls, private file storage, encryption and security checks; these safeguards do not constitute an independent security certification. See Access & data for the current workflow.
6. Your choices and requests
Depending on the applicable law, you may be entitled to request access to or correction of personal information, withdraw consent for certain uses, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. Some requests may be subject to legal or contractual exceptions and reasonable identity verification.
For information in an agency’s case, contact that agency first so it can identify the record and consider your request. For website correspondence or questions about Coverstride’s handling of information, contact us through the privacy contact form and identify the request as a privacy matter.
Do not include passwords, access links, client files or identity documents with an initial inquiry. We will explain any verification that is needed. If a concern is not resolved, you may contact the privacy regulator with jurisdiction over the matter.
7. Contact and changes
Address privacy questions and requests for current mailing instructions to the Privacy Officer at Likwid Games Ltd., through the privacy contact form or the Contact page.
A revised notice will carry an updated date, with additional notice of material changes through the website or service where appropriate. Read the earlier September 14 policy or the September 8 preview policy for previous versions.
